As you may be aware, Royal Mail employees have announced further days of strike actions.

Royal Mail have informed us that they have contingency plans in place to minimise disruption to delivery services, but customers should expect "significant disruption" to all Royal Mail delivery services.

We will be updating the page if further dates are announced.

How this impacts deliveries:

Where possible we will send parcels using DPD services on affected days. Any postal codes in the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland will be affected as DPD service does not operate in these areas. We would advise any customers from these postal codes to order ahead of the planned dates to ensure your delivery will be delivered on time. Any orders placed in these postal codes will be sent via Royal Mail at the nearest possible date. 

Please take into consideration after the strikes have occurred there may be significant delays to deliveries.

DPD courier delivery services are unaffected, and we would advise to select these services during this period.

*Dates quoted are best case scenario. Due to a backlog of deliveries additional delays may occur whilst Royal Mail work through the volume of parcels.

To deliver a better service to our customers, alongside Royal mail we are now shipping with DPD. Our same day dispatch time Mon-Fri is 3.00pm.
