Cloud City Vapez UK Ltd was initially set up as a family run business and has now transformed into an influential vape retailer with 3 brick-and-motor stores. The fundamental foundations of these stores are built on customer satisfaction and well informed vape knowledge.
We sell a variety of Mod Kits, Pod Kits, Disposables, E-liquids, Vape Starter Kits, and many more from major brands such as Geekvape, Voopoo, Elux, Smok, Vaporesso and more. Our store was founded mid 2018 and has since then been improving to better ourselves in order to achieve the best customer gratification and provide the best service possible to our customers.
From starting off small our team is still growing to this day. Each and every member of our team is trained to specialise in every product we sell and are trained to tailor our customers needs. Rather than up sell our products we care most about what our customers want and need from our service.

Our flagship store
Cloud City Vapez UK Ltd opened our first store in July 2019 where we began to stock a wide range of E-Liquids such as Nasty Juice, Candy King and King of Vapes. Ever since then we have began to build up our stock and breaking into Vape Kits, Pod Kits, Disposables, Tanks and Vape Starter Kits.
We now stock major brands such as Smok, Vaporesso, Elux, Geekvape, Voopoo, Freemax, Uwell, LostVape, Innokin, Snowwolf and much more.
Cloud City Vapez UK Ltd was founded by 2 brothers for a passion of vaping and customer service which stemmed from a corner-shop business. They were driven by customer satisfaction and always want to ensure that a vaper who visited the store was never left upset or disappointed by their services.
Our first shop is located at 255 Otley Road, Bradford BD3 0LW, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom
Being vapers themselves, the brothers decided to share their knowledge of vapes with others and break into the market of vapes. They started by selling Smok Kits alongside the fast-selling Nasty Juice series to locals who were ecstatic by the products and services provided by the brothers. They then went on to stock a plethora of vape products including any accessories such as 18650 batteries, coils, nicshots and more. As of today, the flagship store still stands with many customers visiting from all over the county and many more ordering online.
