Important Shipping Information

Delivery Restrictions

No deliveries to postal offices – Please use a home or work address. If an order is placed with a postal office address, we will contact you to arrange a change.

Apartment & Flat Deliveries – Our couriers cannot deliver directly to your door or a safe place. Your parcel will be left at the reception area or concierge.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday).

  • Shipped via Royal Mail.

Dispatch Schedule:

  • Orders placed before 3 PM: Dispatched same working day.

  • Orders placed after 3 PM: Dispatched next working day.

  • Orders placed after 3 PM on Friday: Dispatched on Monday.

  • No weekend dispatches (we do not operate on weekends).

Important:

  • All parcels require a signature upon delivery – couriers cannot leave parcels unattended.

  • Friday dispatches are not guaranteed for Saturday delivery.

Order Cancellations:

  • If you need to cancel, contact us before 2 PM on the same day.

  • After 2 PM, cancellations may not be possible as your order might already be dispatched.

Local Pick-Up Service

Pick-up Location:

Pick-up Hours:
Monday – Friday: 10 AM – 6 PM

How It Works:

  1. Place your order online.

  2. Our warehouse team will pick and pack your order.

  3. Your order will be ready for pick-up within 1 hour if placed during pick-up hours.

  4. Wait for the "Ready for Pick-Up" notification before visiting the store.

  5. Bring your order confirmation & ID to collect your order.
