International shipping terms and conditions:

Lost and undelivered 

Any and all lost and undelivered parcels are not the responsibility of Cloud City Vapez UK Ltd. It is your duty to enquire as a customer to the delivery company.

Missing and incorrect 

In the event of missing or incorrect items in your order, please contact the following email within 24 hours of receiving your parcel:, providing an image of what you have received. After the review of your missing and/ or incorrect items, a solution will be found and you will be contacted within 2-3 working days using the information provided with your order. 

Damaged in transit

Parcels damaged upon delivery is the responsibility of the delivery company. Cloud City Vapez UK Ltd will not hold any responsibility for damaged parcels. Therefore, you will have the responsibility of contacting the delivery company.

Cancelling and changing

Once an order has been placed, processed and shipped changes cannot be made to the order as it will already be in the process of being transported out of the United Kingdom. 

Delayed orders

Please take into consideration that public holidays in the UK may slightly differ from public holidays in your country. This may cause disruption in the shipping times. 

All delivery times are approximate and subject to availability. We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery times and offer no guarantees.

Please ensure all information provided is correct including address details, contact details and personal details as we will be unable to re-send or replace any orders if the incorrect details have been supplied by you. If an order is sent back to us due to an incorrect address, contact details or personal details your order will be refunded once we receive the order back to us. 

Returned parcels

In the event that your parcel is returned to us undelivered you will be eligible for a refund of the order excluding the shipping fee.


In the event that a parcel is stopped, held or seized by your local authorities or customs control point, Cloud City Vapez UK Ltd do not hold responsibility. As a customer it is your responsibility to choose to purchase our products and have them shipped to your country and you as a customer acknowledge your awareness of the laws of your country, that may perpetrate you having such shipments sent. 

We take no responsibility or refunds for loss of your parcel if not released by customs or local authorities. We do not cover any charges which may arise from such issues.

If the parcel is seized by customs and is returned to us you will be eligible for a refund (Excluding the postage cost) however, if the parcel does not get returned to us you will not be eligible for a refund. The refund will only be processed when we have the parcel in our possession which can take up to 6 weeks in some cases.

For more information about your local laws and regulations please contact your local authorities with regard to the use and purchase of vaping products.

Please be aware that all international parcels may be subject to import taxes, duties, brokerage or customs fees upon delivery, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

Any and all international parcels may incur fees, any fees incurred on your parcel is your responsibility as a customer. 

Cloud City Vapez UK Ltd will not be responsible for any foreign transaction fees i.e. purchasing from our site in $(USD) which is then converted to £(Pound, Sterling).
