Shipping Policy


We cannot send any parcels directly to a postal office. You must use a home address or work address. Any orders with a postal office address, you will be contacted to arrange an address change.

If you live at an apartment or block of flats, our couriers will not be able to deliver your parcel directly to your door or a safe place. It will be left with a reception area/concierge. 

All orders are processed in 1-2 working days from Monday to Friday and shipped by Royal Mail and DPD delivery.
Our delivery aim is to dispatch orders placed before 3pm on the same working day and any orders placed after 3pm are dispatched the next working day (excludes weekends).
Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be sent on the following Monday.
Note: Orders cannot be sent out during weekends due to us not operating. 
Orders over £50 are eligible for free delivery.
All parcels must be signed for therefore the delivery companies will be unable to leave your parcel without a person being there to accept.
If under rare circumstances you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us via email or phone call before 2pm, if it is after 2pm we may be unable to cancel the order as it will most likely be dispatched from us already. 
Any orders dispatched on a Friday are not guaranteed to arrive on the Saturday as the courier services we use do not include weekends.

Due to COVID 19 - Please also allow extra time for Royal Mail and DPD to deliver your package. Royal Mail and DPD are doing everything they can to get your orders to you on-time.

Local Pick-up:

We offer a local pick-up service Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm at our 255 Otley Road, BD3 0LW branch.

How does this work?

You simply place your order on our website, our picking and packing team at our warehouse will pick the order. This will be brought over to the store within 1 hour if placed between the times and days stated above. 

You must bring your order confirmation and provide this along with your name to collect the order. You can only collect your order once you receive the ready for pick-up notification as we cannot guarantee that the order will be ready at the store.
