Shipping Policy
All orders are processed in 1-2 working days from Monday to Friday and shipped by Royal Mail and DPD delivery. Our delivery aim is to dispatch orders placed before 3pm on the same working day and any orders placed after 3pm are dispatched the next working day (excludes weekends).
Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be sent on the following Monday.
Note: Orders cannot be sent out during weekends due to Royal Mail and DPD not operating.
Orders over £50 are eligible for free delivery.
All parcels must be signed for therefore the delivery companies will be unable to leave your parcel without a person being there to accept.
If under rare circumstances you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us via email or phone call before 2pm, if it is after 2pm we may be unable to cancel the order as it will most likely be dispatched from us already.
Shipping types:
Due to COVID 19 - Please also allow extra time for Royal Mail and DPD to deliver your package. Royal Mail and DPD are doing everything they can to get your orders to you on-time.
